Hello and welcome to The Brew It Store & Wine Crafting. I am David Boucher, the founder and your fellow passionate winemaker. I will never forget crafting my first wine in my one bedroom apartment in 1985 … I was hooked!

I became a loyal customer of the Brew It Store for four years, which at that time was a small retail shop at 76 Sunset Street in Dieppe, NB with approximately 200 customers. I continued to make my own wine in my small apartment until 1989 when I made the decision to pursue my passion further and purchased the small retail shop. That was 25 years ago!

As the demand for craft wine and beer making kits grew we relocated to a larger and more customer focused location down the street at #64 Sunset in 2006. With the addition of a beautiful micro-winery customers could now have their wine produced on premise and come to bottle in a warm friendly environment while listening to their favourite music and enjoying time with family, friends or our passionate and dedicated winemakers. The micro-winery was an instant hit with our customers! And in 2013 with the need for expansion we relocated once again right up the street to 101 Sunset Street.

We are now a larger, classy Italian style micro-winery where we continue to provide our customers with the ultimate customer experience and the best products on the market from RJ Spagnols, a division of Constellation Brands.

With over 30 years experience in the industry I continue to be as passionate as I was on that first day in my one bedroom apartment and am proud to be a leader in the industry. My name is Guy Drisdelle and I am a full time Wine Consultant at The Brew-it Store & Wine Crafting. I have been making wine at home since 1985 and I enjoy sharing my experience with our guests! I am a very approachable family man who is married with twin boys and love to spend family time at our cottage at Gagnon Beach or skiing. When I am not talking about wine I am researching my family’s genealogy.

However, I never get bored talking about wine while I help you choose from our large selection of quality products. We have many excellent wines to choose from such as some of my favourite reds in the Grand Cru International Series (Malbec, Merlot, and Primitivo). And of course you cannot go wrong with the Amarone in the Cellar Classic Winery Series. What a beautiful wine!

Hi I am Monique Caissie. I am the newest Wine Consultant at The Brew-it Store & Wine Crafting. I am part time and my goal is to provide you with the ultimate guest experience. I am a people person who loves to meet and get to know our guests and I take great pleasure at helping you with your purchases, the bottling process or making sure the facility is clean for your visit. When you meet me you will see I am a bundle of energy and always smiling. I love to run, dance, play music and I love white wines. Don’t forget to ask me what my favourites are when you visit!
